Forest Edge School Camp - Asphalt Carpark

The Forest Edge School Camp is facility that has been created to cater for a school camping experience. The aim of the facility and its programs is to provide challenging activities which encourage participants to learn the principles of teamwork and achieve a higher level of self-esteem.
Just an hour from Perth the camp is situated on 105 acres of beautiful, undulating land, is ideal for group development and only minutes away from extraordinary 'Waroona Dam' and the very picturesque 'Drakesbrook Weir'.
Unfortunately The Forest Edge Recreation Camp experienced a major loss of key infrastructure and property during the Waroona bushfires in January 2016.
Merger Contracting recently completed the asphalt car park and driveway section for the campsite. In order to keep costs down the project used recycled asphalt supplied by Asphalt Recyclers Australia.
The Forest Edge School Camp is now preparing for a new opening, and the 2017 season.
Merger are proud to have been part of the rebuilding process for Forest Edge School Camp.
